NICE and Verint To Merge And Form $4B Company

Israeli data collation and analysis giant NICE Systems Ltd. is in talks to acquire Israeli rival company Verint Systems Inc. for $1.5 billion. The acquisition will merge the two companies into a giant $4 billion company. The two companies dominate the American market in their field, so the US antitrust regulators will most-likely have to approve the merger
