Israeli Flowsense To Be Acquired For Up To $10M

Flowsense, an Israeli company which develops medical devices for urine monitoring, has announced that it has signed a letter of intent with a foreign healthcare company. The unnamed company is interested in buying it for $7-10 million, on a non-cash basis and without debts.
