Sysmex, a Japanese medical company worth $4.7 billion, is interested in buying Israeli company Dune Medical Devices, which develops systems for rapid examination of breast tumors. According to financial magazine Calcalist, the Japanese company has offered to buy the Israeli company for $200 million.
