IBM Wants To Acquire Israeli Red Bend For $250M

International technology giant IBM wishes to acquire Israeli mobile phone software company Red Bend. According to reports in Israeli media, IBM is willing to pay up to $250 Million for the Israeli company, which provides software products and solutions for managing mobile software, applications and devices over the air.
