Israeli startup UppSite, which coverts websites into applications, announced it has secured $2.1 million in funding round from Israeli incubator thetime and Matomy Media, in addition to other private investors. Uppsite was founded in 2010 by Gal Brill and was recently chosen by WordPress as its only mobile solution in WordPress VIP Partners Program.
