After over a decade of development, ARGO Medical Technologies has announced that their flagship product, ReWalk, an exoskeleton which uses robotics to enable paraplegics to walk, is now available for personal use around Europe.

A British woman who became paralysed after a horse-riding accident is planning to walk the next London marathon using a robotic skeleton. The robotic suit, developed by Israeli company Argo, uses motors and gears strapped to the user’s lower body while sensors attached to the upper body help to control motion.
