UK private equity firm CVC Capital Partners has sealed a deal to acquire a 25 percent stake in Israeli web and mobile advertising tech firm IronSource for some $450 million, CTech by Calcalist reported on Thursday.
Founded in 2009, IronSource offers monetization and distribution solutions for app developers, software developers, mobile carriers, and device manufacturers.
The deal values IronSource at $1.55 billion, according to the report.
