Tel Aviv Startup vCita Buys Email Marketing Tool WiseStamp

Israeli firm vCita, a cloud-based management solution for small businesses, has acquired Israeli email signature startup WiseStamp, TechCrunch reported on Wednesday.

The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

The deal comes less than a month after vCita completed a $15 million funding round led by Forestay Capital.

Founded in 2009 by Orly Izhaki, Tom Piamenta, Tzvika Avnery and Sasha Gimelshtein, WiseStamp offers an email signature solution for freelancers and self-employed professionals. The company says it has over 50,000 paying customers who use the platform to increase social media engagement, expand business reach, and generate more sales.

vCita, which was founded in 2010 as a small business management app, has more than 100,000 paying users around the world who use its software-as-a-service (SaaS) app to manage their schedule, track invoices, organize data from clients, and collect payments.

“We’re thrilled to have WiseStamp join our team. Both companies share the same vision: Empowering small business owners to deliver their services at a level comparable to that of a large company, at a fraction of the cost,” said vCita co-founder and CEO Itzik Levy in a statement.
