December 9, 2013 | Government representatives from Israel, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority are in Washington to sign an agreement to establish the Two Seas Canal. The canal, designed to slow the desiccation of the Dead Sea, will carry 100 million cubic meters of water a year from the Red Sea.
