August 18, 2014 | The multinational real estate company Gazit-Globe‘s unit ProMed Properties signed an agreement to sell 6 medical office buildings. The six properties located in the United States cover over 624,000 square feet and are being sold for a total of $205 million, at $328 per square foot. Founded in 1982, Gazit-Globe is one of the world’s largest owners, developers and operators of shopping centers in major urban markets. Since 1991, the company has been controlled by chairman Chaim Katzman.
