October 7, 2015 | According to a report in “TheMarker,” the Israeli video company Kaltura is reportedly requesting the services of US bank Goldman Sacs in issuing an initial public offering in the US. The report stipulates that Kaltura hopes to raise up to $100 million in the offering, or a potential private funding round. Kaltura is a video content startup that provides its services to a number of leading news and education institutions. Kaltura was founded in 2006 by Ron Yekutiel, Shay David, Michal Tsur and Eran Etam.
