June 1, 2015 | Israeli billionaire Teddy Sagi’s company Playtech will acquire Plus500, the Israeli online trading company. The total value of the acquisition is valued at 400 pence a share or 459.6 million pounds (about $2.7 billion). The announcement of the acquisition comes just weeks after Plus500’s shares on the London Stock Exchange dropped suddenly in value. Playtech was founded in 1999 by Teddy Sagi.
