December 16, 2014 | The low-cost carrier easyJet announced that it will begin a new route between Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport and Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The new line will begin service on March 30, 2015 and tickets for one direction, taxes included, will run at €45.99 ($57.20). The flights will be operated on three days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. easyJet launched its Tel Aviv route in 2009, and now the low-cost air carrier plans to try and become number two in the Israeli market.
