An Israeli company specializing in counter-drone measures has been included in the UK National Protective Security Authority Catalogue of Security Equipment (NPSA CSE)
Tel Aviv-based Sentrycs says its Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) solution was included following a rigorous assessment by the NPSA of its capabilities in Detection, Tracking, and Identification (DTI).
C-UAS is designed to identify and where necessary intercept unauthorized drones in a variety of environments, including airports borders and mass events.
The assessment was conducted by the NPSA in August 2023 at its own testing site.
Sentrycs says that during the assessment, its system demonstrated “exceptional capabilities” in a range of security scenarios, proving its high accuracy in detecting and tracking suspicious craft, and incurring no false alarms.
“Our team is proud to have Sentrycs recognized by the UK National Protective Security Authority,” said Sentrycs CEO Yoav Zaltzman.
“Being listed in the CSE is not just an honor; it’s a testament to our technology’s reliability and effectiveness in contributing to the ever-changing airspace security landscape.”
