An Israeli startup specializing in email and workspace security solutions has launched an AI-driven platform that can identify new cyberattacks and resolve threats.
Perception Point offers fast interception of content-based attacks across collaboration channels including email, cloud storage and messaging platforms.
GPThreat Hunter, which joins the company’s existing security lineup, uses OpenAI’s GPT-4 model to autonomously detect and resolve security concerns, instead of human analysts.
The company says that GPThreat Hunter can outperform traditional human analysis in both speed and accuracy, as well as identify any new forms of attack.
“Perception Point’s introduction of GPThreat Hunter marks a pivotal moment in our quest to offer the most advanced security solutions to our customers,” said Perception Point CTO Tal Zamir.
“By harnessing the power of the GPT-4 model, we are not only enhancing our detection capabilities but also elevating our stellar incident response services to unprecedented levels. Our customers will now benefit from an even more efficient incident response service in which our cyber experts can focus their resources on the most complex cases where human expertise is irreplaceable,” he said.
