Israeli company Alma Lasers Ltd., which manufactures laser, light-based, radiofrequency and ultrasound products for the medical and aesthetic market, has been acquired by Chinese company Fosun Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. The Chinese company will pay $240 million for a 95.6 percent stake in the Israeli company.
