American telecommunication giant AT&T is implementing a novel way of simplifying its costumers’ account statements. The company is using Israeli company SundaySky‘s automatic video creation tool to send video invoices to its clients. The company reports that the new technology has resulted in a significant drop in calls to customer support to clarify account statements.
