Israeli cloud-based workforce payment company Papaya Global has announced the launch of an online video “academy” for people and organizations wishing to be more strategic about payroll management.
The Papaya Global Academy video series includes 21 courses with 85 “expert-led” lessons in total, all of which are available for free on the company’s website. Papaya says its aim is to help payroll professionals around the world to enhance their skills and knowledge.
The courses include lessons on best practices in negotiations; handling employee misclassification; the future of payroll technology; and the use of AI in facilitating payroll management.
“With the launch of Papaya Global Academy, we want to create a stronger payroll ecosystem – looking beyond our own business to build a community of managers and in turn empower organizations to be more strategic,” said Papaya Global co-founder and CEO Eynat Guez.
“As the workforce becomes increasingly global, payroll has become even more complex. There is a clear need for paving a new process, which this curriculum offers in both scale and depth,” she said.
Papaya’s AI-powered payroll validation engine enables management to pay workers in local currencies regardless of where they are based, providing connectivity with existing payroll systems.
This technology allows global organizations to scale their workforce while remaining protected by Papaya’s compliance and liability.
