Israeli startup theGist has unveiled its new artificial intelligence platform to improve efficiency in the workplace.
The product, which shares the name of the company, uses artificial intelligence to unify a user’s work apps into one hub. The company says this increases productivity by allowing the user to prioritize tasks and reduce inefficient context switching during working hours.
The first incarnation of theGist, which was launched last year, was designed for use within individual apps.
The startup is already in use for workplace instant messaging service Slack – scanning messages, prioritizing which are important and sorting those that belong together.
The new version works across multiple apps to streamline the entire digital workspace.
The system is used by teams at several major companies, including Wix, Yelp and Lemonade.
“Our goal is to create radical focus and extreme performance by allowing AI to sort out all the noise and laser focus you on what’s truly important. What differentiates theGist and enables our AI models to be accurate is the focus on personalization,” said Itzik Ben Bassat, company CEO and co-founder.
The company was founded in 2022 and has offices in Tel Aviv and New York.
