An Israeli company is implementing its anti-distraction technology in cement trucks.
SaverOne stops drivers accessing distracting applications like messaging, but allows them to use navigation systems, without user intervention.
Following a successful trial, it will install its technology in 25 cement trucks from ReadyMix Industries Israel.
SaverOne primarily targets commercial and private vehicle fleets in the Israeli, European, and US markets.
It is also developing a sensor system for early location and direction detection of all pedestrians, and under all visibility conditions.
“This follow-on order marks an increasingly successful part of our strategy and we are now at the stage where our initial trials are turning into larger initial orders,” said Ori Gilboa, the company’s CEO.
“Over the past year, we have been focused on initial penetrations at local subsidiaries of global companies with large fleets, all representing significant potential for SaverOne.
“We are now beginning to realize that potential. Looking ahead to 2023, we believe that we are well positioned to expand our relationships with existing customers, both locally and internationally, as well as penetrate new customers around the world.”
