Israeli-founded startup Glassbox, a company that empowers organizations to optimize their user experiences on web and mobile applications, has raised a $40 million Series C funding round, the company announced earlier this month.
The round was led by Brighton Park Capital. Existing investors Updata Partners, Ibex Investors, Gefen Capital and CEIIF also joined the round.
This brings the company’s total funding to $70 million.
Lisa Hammitt, Global VP of Data & AI at VISA and Special Advisor to Brighton Park, and Zachary Gut, a partner at Brighton Park, will join the board.
Glassbox said it will use the funding to expand its international teams and invest in further enhancing their products. News of the investment comes after a record first quarter and 2019 for Glassbox, with revenue more than doubling for the third year in a row.
Based in London, the company also has offices in New York and Israel.
Founded by Yaron Gueta, Hanan Blumstein and Yoav Schreiber, Glassbox technology empowers enterprises to manage and optimize the entire digital lifecycle of their web and mobile customers. Companies can receive a “playback” of every digital customer journey, identify vital trends and patterns to optimize customer experience and maximize efficiency.
