Amazon has reportedly bought Israeli flash storage startup E8 Storage, a source familiar with the deal told Reuters on Wednesday.
Founded in 2014 by Alex Friedman, Zivan Ori, and Ziv Serlin, E8 Storage is a Ramat Gan-based company that develops software for flash storage installations for enteprises and data centers.
The team at the Israeli startup is set to merge with Amazon Web Services’ development center in Tel Aviv as part of the deal, the source said.
