August 2, 2015 | The Israeli social mobile gaming company InfiApps has been acquired by the UK bingo operator Stride Gaming for $39.2 million. According to the terms of the deal, Stride Gaming will pay $21.2 million in cash and an additional $18 million according to financial milestones over the next two years. InfiApps was founded in 2012 by David Kalmanson and is based in Netanya, Israel.
