July 12, 2015 | TLV Partners, a new Israeli venture capital firm, has applied for a limited partnership status with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded by former Pitango Venture Capital partners Rona Segev and Eitan Bek, TLV plans to raise $100 million.
