April 13, 2015 | The American company Avid will acquire Israeli company Orad Hi-Tech Systems for a reported $60 million. Orad is the provider of real-time 3D graphics, video serves and asset management solutions based out of Kfar Saba, Israel. Orad was founded in 1993 by Avi Sharir and Ofir Benovici.
