Cyber Security Company Versafe Acquired By F5

September 18, 2013 | Israeli company Versafe, which develops web anti-fraud, anti-phishing, and anti-malware solutions, has been acquired by US-based F5 Networks Inc. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. On its last financing round, Versafe raised $8 million at a company value of $30 million.
