Brown Hotels, a collection of boutique hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, has announced it will open its largest property to date, The Lighthouse, on Ben Yehuda Street in downtown Tel Aviv with a soft opening scheduled for September 2018.
The luxury hotel, which is currently in a pre-opening phase, is located in the “Beit Migdalor,” a Tel Aviv office building just two minutes from the beach.The hotel will have 100 rooms boasting spectacular views of Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean Sea, a restaurant on the 5th floor, two cocktail bar/lounges, a trendy rooftop lounge, and two outdoor swimming pools. The hotel will later feature a banquet/conference complex with room for up to 400 people and a wellness center with a gym and spa to open in winter 2018. Later, the Lighthouse will open another two floors and 60 additional rooms, Luxury Travel Advisor reported.
The hotel is built in a Brutalist architecture-style with signature design elements of other Brown Hotel properties.
Brown Hotels was founded by Israelis Leon Avigad and Nitzan Perry, with partner Nir Waizman. They currently have four hotels in Tel Aviv, two in Jerusalem, and one in Croatia.
