Israeli company Wix Inc., which offers a free website building platform that requires no programming knowledge, is planning an IPO on Wall Street at a company value of $300 million. News agency Bloomberg reports that the Israeli company will seek around $75 million. The company, founded in 2006, has raised $66 million to date.
